Plans for the HALO Urban Park Three local authorities have outlined a number of regeneration projects within ambitious proposals to transform the economic prospects for Ayrshire.

Patrick Wiggins, chief executive of Irvine Bay Regeneration Company, is to head up the joint bid Ayrshire’s three local authorities have agreed to progress plans for a scheme to boost infrastructure across the region.
