Renewable energy developer Banks Renewables is rebranding as OnPath Energy following the completion of its acquisition by Brookfield Asset Management.

The Banks Group has announced that its renewable energy division Banks Renewables is being acquired by Brookfield, a global asset manager with $850bn of assets under management.

Canary Wharf Group (CWG) has entered into a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with global asset manager and renewable energy provider Brookfield to buy clean energy and support the construction of a new wind farm in Scotland.
