Housebuilder Dandara has continued its sponsorship of Kirkliston Children’s Gala for the third consecutive year, helping to kick off celebrations for the Gala’s 100th anniversary.

To celebrate World Bee Day and help provide suitable nesting sites for bees, housebuilder Dandara has donated ‘bee hotels’ to Kirkliston Primary School, Treetops Nursery, Carrick Knowe Primary School, Edinburgh Girl Guides and Dunblane Kids Club, close to a number of its developments.

Dandara has donated a total of 10 seed bomb kits to a number of local organisations, including Treetops Outdoor Nursery, Dunblane Kids Club, Edinburgh Girl Guides, Kirkliston Primary School and Carrick Knowe Primary School as part of its campaign to celebrate gardening.

This year marks Dandara Aberdeen’s twelfth year sponsoring an annual 10K hosted by an Aberdeenshire sports and community centre. The race is part of Run Garioch, a yearly running festival and major fundraiser for Inverurie’s Garioch Sports Centre.
