Glen Oaks Housing Association has completed 49 new properties worth £7.1 million in Arden with tenants having now moved in.
Glen Oaks Housing Association has gained planning approval to build 30 houses and cottage flats for the Arden area of Glasgow. The properties on a vacant 2.5-acre grassed site in Kilmuir Crescent would be built by AS Homes (Scotland) in conjunction with the Association.
