Property developer Grant Stafford Borthwick Ltd has lodged plans for 85 flats with ground floor commercial units on ground west of 331 Bell Street in Calton. The plans indicate that the seven-storey building would comprise of a mixture of one, two, three and four-bedroom units.

Plans to deliver around 92 apartments and six ground floor commercial units on the site of a Glasgow car park are the subject of an online consultation.
