An application to build eight townhouses at Dundee’s Riverside Drive has been approved by Dundee City Council. H&H Properties UK Ltd's plan will see four, three-storey houses constructed beside the existing development on the busy road.

More than 20 new build homes will soon be available for rent after an agreement was reached between Dundee City Council and a local housing developer.

H&H Properties has submitted a planning application to Dundee City Council seeking to build 40 new homes at the former site of Lochee Primary School. The school was demolished in 2018 following its closure in 2013.
