Developers have unveiled plans to build 140 affordable flats and houses at the former Maxwell Road gasworks in East Pollokshields. Plans submitted by AS Homes on behalf of Home Group will see 96 townhouses and 44 flats as well as supporting amenity space and recreational areas developed on 8.3 acres
