A new 4,000 capacity facility centred on the burgeoning esports market could be headed for a prominent site at the billion-pound Dundee Waterfront development. Dundee City Council has entered into an 18-month exclusivity agreement with Northern Lights Arena Europe Limited (NLAE) that allow
