Developers have lodged plans to create a residential project for self-build plots on land at the edge of Bridge of Allan. Magnus Beresford Ltd & Keir Estates Ltd have submitted a PAN (proposal of application notice) to Stirling Council regarding more than two acres of land at Lecropt.
