Native Land has reached a significant milestone in the development of a residential project in Edinburgh with the completion of a further 59 apartments in Pavilion A.

The first spaces, including a show apartment, private residents’ Garden Room and landscaped Sky Gardens, at one of Edinburgh’s most sought-after addresses are now complete.

TH Real Estate has announced its residential partners for the £1bn revamp of the St James Centre in Edinburgh. Native Land, the internationally recognised residential and mixed-use developer, and Scottish residential development firm Queensberry Properties, have teamed up to become TH Real Estateâ€
