Final plans for the transformation of the Aberdeen market building and surrounding area will go before councillors on April 30 with a recommendation to approve from local authority planners.
A planning application for the redevelopment of the Aberdeen Market site has been submitted by Halliday Fraser Munro (HFM) on behalf of the developer Patrizia. The mixed-use development would include office space, bars and restaurants with connected outdoor seating.
Plans for a major redevelopment of Aberdeen’s indoor market and former BHS store have been displayed for public consultation. Developer PATRIZIA said it is working on a planning application that will offer a long-term, sustainable solution for the site.
