A developer has taken ownership of a historic Edinburgh pub with a view to delivering 21 new apartments on the site.

Residents have begun to move into their new energy-efficient homes in Livingston following the completion of a project to deliver 20 sustainable homes.

The JR Group has now commenced work on the site of its second major project in Livingston, which is its first-ever partnership with Ark Housing Association.
