Rosehill Housing Co-Operative

The CCG Group has completed the first phase of a window & door replacement contract on behalf of Rosehill Housing Co-operative in south Glasgow.

Rosehill Housing Co-operative is to build 44 new homes in Pollok after Glasgow City Council approved the disposal of the site of the former Gowanbank Primary School. The co-operative will build a mixture of flats and houses for social rent on the 2.14 hectares site which is close to Silverburn
