A £19 million affordable housing project set to transform an area of Paisley is under way. Sanctuary Scotland has worked closely with its site contractor Cruden Building to ensure 131 homes can be safely created in Glenburn.

Housing provider Sanctuary is on site in Inverclyde building 96 much-needed homes for social rent. Forty four flats in Greenock will complement 52 homes in Port Glasgow, a mix of houses, flats and cottage flats.

Sanctuary has submitted a planning application for more than 130 affordable homes in Glenburn, Paisley.

Councillors have given planning permission for more than 330 new homes to be delivered across two Aberdeen developments. Sanctuary Homes will create 72 flats and 46 houses for social rent on the site of the former fire station in North Anderson Drive.
