Scotia Gas Care

Plans have been submitted to transform a former Scout hall in Kinghorn into flats. Developer Scotia Gas Care Ltd and Stuart King Architecture & Design have proposed dividing the three-storey town hall building on St Leonard’s Place into three two-bedroom flats.
