Crosbie Homes, the new build housing arm of Morris & Spottiswood, has delivered high-quality social housing in Oxton and Pathhead after entering into its first new-build contracts with both Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) and Midlothian Council.

Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is to start work on three new sites later this winter as it continues its commitment to help meet the growing need for affordable housing in the region. The work will see SBHA deliver 22 new homes in Oxton, Kelso and Peebles.

Tradesmen employed by Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) are moving closer to a ballot for industrial action. The Unite union has accused the association of not taking seriously negotiations over pay, equality of working conditions, and working hours.
