Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, and its subsidiary Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., has entered into an agreement to acquire University of Strathclyde spin-out Smarter Grid Solutions (SGS). SGS is a leading global provider of distributed energy resources (DER)
