Kevin Stewart MSP has written to Chancellor Rachel Reeves to call for the abolition of VAT on building projects involving regeneration, refurbishment and retrofitting. The SNP representative for Aberdeen Central has also lodged a motion at the Scottish Parliament on the issue.
