Engineering and modular solutions provider Pier Solutions (Pier) has acquired electrical engineering businesses V-TES and V-TES Renewables in a seven-figure deal. Acquired from Valor Energy Group (Valor), the Aberdeen-based consortium of energy enterprises, the transaction marks a significant strate
