New plans have been lodged to bring a former independent school in Glasgow into residential use. Designs by Wellwood Leslie Architects will see properties on Hamilton Avenue at St Andrews Drive, Pollokshields, transformed into two villas, six duplexes and a one-bedroom apartment.

Wellwood Leslie Group has submitted plans to Glasgow City Council to knock down the existing buildings at 124 Craighall Road in Port Dundas to make way for 68 new flats.
Plans for a new equipment testing centre at Kingsbarns Golf Links near St Andrews have been approved by Fife Council. Designed by Wellwood Leslie Architects, the new 22,750 sq. ft facility is to be located to the north of the practice area at Kingsbarns.
